This is a one woman operation, which is part of what makes each piece magic, but also means it takes a little while to build up enough stock for a restock.

Once your payment has cleared you will get a confirmation email and I will begin preparing your order. You will get an email to confirm when your order ships which is usually within 2-3 working days (unless stated otherwise), it may be a little longer during busy periods so please be patient with me <3

You will receive a card with your order including your care guide to reference, but just in case it's been misplaced, please see below:

-My pieces are sculptural and not meant to be used with food or drink or water (unless specifically stated)

-To clean gently wipe down with a clean soft cloth, for tougher dirt a soft damp cloth can be used

-please avoid harsh chemicals or coarse abrasions ESPECIALLY over any gold as this may chip the gold off the piece

I do my utmost to ensure your order is packaged securely and arrives to you in perfect condition.

But on the off chance your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please reach out to me within 14 days of delivery and we can work together to get you a replacement (inventory dependent) or refund.
